Our Monastery in Rome is called Sts John & Paul's

A modern statue of Our Blessed Lady and the Divine Child sit on top of an ancient capital dug-up in the garden. Whenever the earth is turned, new pieces of carved fragments are revealed. More significant pieces are kept in a museum within the monastery but it would be quite impossible to find place for all of the fragments.

The wall

Here is how some of the fragments are conserved -- built into a wall in the garden. My picture shows only a small section of a much longer wall.
